IHG Into the night 免費住宿自動消失，無法從網路上訂房

這是研究生自己的新聞。本來想要把 Into the night 訂掉結果發現從 Free night status 裡面已經找不到。（不知道怎麼訂 into the night 參考這邊）
於是寫信去問的結果是系統有問題。如果有遇到類似問題的同學可以打電話去訂。以下附上 IHG 回信內容節錄。
Our records show that you have available two (2) Into the Nights free nights that will expire on 31 December 2015. We are currently having issues online however rest assured that we already reported this to our specialist. In the meantime, if you wish to book you free night, kindly call directly our Service Center at the following number:
